Sky has teamed up with Google for it's new broadband service.

According to http://www.ukispreview.co.uk Google and BSkyB have teamed up, and announced new developments in the very near future to develop a web based service for Sky's new internet customers.

As part of this deal, it is thought that Sky will deploying Google's suite search, video service and advertising communications globally. Sky will be Google's first partner
in this new service, which is set to be Sky's broadband platform for future.

The future looks very bright at Sky with the new launch of it's multi-platform User Generated Video (UGV). Google will launch this first global deployment which is to be powered by a syndicated video content tool.

This very cool site which is set to take the internet by storm will allow users to upload, share and edit their own video content. All this can be done from a mobile phone,
this means uploading and downloading, this is just one amazing facility, but as we know Google recently bought YouTube, which allow user to do exactly the same.

Sky internet broadband service are also offer customers to the access to Google's GMail. Sky will be using @sky.com as their main source of email address.

Just like Google's Gmail, Sky's new email service will have access to contacts, instant messaging and a calendar, they are also hoping very soon to include Google's voice over IP and data storage facilities. It looks like Google will also provide Sky with a range of it's search tools and it's targeted advertising system for Sky's range of websites.

It looks like the revenue raised from this new deal between Sky and Goole on the advertising side will be split and shared by both parties. Some where along the line the
financial terms of this agreement will come out, but for now they have not been disclosed.
